You'll manage and expand relationships with high-net-worth clients across Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan, driving trading volume and product adoption in a fast-growing digital asset environment. Your core impact will be increasing revenue through cross-selling and ensuring seamless client onboarding and retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and grow portfolio of VIP clients including HNWIs and crypto funds.
• Lead onboarding, retention, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through increased trading volume and product adoption.
• Develop regional strategies and participate in client outreach events.
• Coordinate with product, compliance, and operations to resolve client issues.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in relationship management, private banking, or institutional sales.
• Strong track record managing high-value client portfolios with measurable revenue impact.
• Exposure to African markets, Swiss financial services, or Pakistan's fintech ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of crypto trading products (spot, derivatives, perpetuals, options, staking).

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Fluency in French, Arabic, German, Swahili, Hausa, Afrikaans, Urdu, or Punjabi.
