Description

You will craft intuitive and impactful product experiences across Nova Credit's platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to visualize business and user goals. Your work will meaningfully impact people historically excluded from the credit system.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with a focus on B2B or B2B2C products
• Experience taking features from ideation to delivery including user research and usability testing
• Strong visual design skills and ability to create high-fidelity designs
• Ability to establish or refine design processes for collaboration
• Subject matter expertise in products and target customers

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for significant product initiatives
• Contribute to design system evolution and scale patterns across products
• Influence product strategy and prioritization through design thinking
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners and customers
• Refresh design vision and contribute to long-term product roadmap
