Description

You will maintain and improve production across various products and equipment at our Muskogee, OK manufacturing facility. No two days are the same as you train operators, collaborate on process efficiency projects, design production tools, and provide hands-on support to production lines. This role offers autonomy, continuous learning, and the opportunity to impact real change in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

• Train operators in proper process, tool usage, and maintenance.
• Collaborate on process efficiency, quality, and safety improvement projects.
• Develop new designs using SolidWorks for carts or production tools.
• Coordinate utility needs and oversee installation of new equipment.
• Troubleshoot machines and coordinate preventative maintenance tasks.
