🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit long-form YouTube videos from rough cut to final delivery
• Animate static assets using After Effects for motion graphics
• Cut short-form versions for YouTube Shorts and social platforms
• Review scripts and storyboards to flag post-production issues

📋 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or equivalent motion graphics tool
• Experience editing long-form YouTube content for retention
• Portfolio demonstrating editing and motion graphics skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with short-form content for social media
• Familiarity with construction or trade industry
• Knowledge of color grading and audio mixing
