You'll partner with the VP of Sales to drive commercial growth strategy and forecasting excellence for EMEA/APAC. Your core impact will be building scalable processes and leveraging AI-powered analytics to optimize sales productivity. This role offers direct exposure to C-level leadership in a high-growth GRC SaaS environment.

  • Develop and operationalize commercial growth strategy with Sales and Finance
  • Drive sales forecasting framework and data-driven forecast cadence
  • Design territory assignments and optimize GTM approaches
  • Build reporting dashboards and KPIs for pipeline health and sales performance

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in Revenue Operations or Commercial Strategy
  • Proven partnership with CROs and CFOs on multi-year plans
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and GTM tools
  • Strong analytical skills with forecasting and funnel metrics

  • Experience implementing AI-powered sales tooling
  • Background in B2B SaaS commercial processes
