You'll partner with the VP of Sales to drive commercial growth strategy and forecasting excellence for EMEA/APAC. Your core impact will be building scalable processes and leveraging AI-powered analytics to optimize sales productivity. This role offers direct exposure to C-level leadership in a high-growth GRC SaaS environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and operationalize commercial growth strategy with Sales and Finance
- Drive sales forecasting framework and data-driven forecast cadence
- Design territory assignments and optimize GTM approaches
- Build reporting dashboards and KPIs for pipeline health and sales performance
๐ Requirements
- 5-7+ years in Revenue Operations or Commercial Strategy
- Proven partnership with CROs and CFOs on multi-year plans
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and GTM tools
- Strong analytical skills with forecasting and funnel metrics

- Experience implementing AI-powered sales tooling
- Background in B2B SaaS commercial processes
