๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of recruiting experience in fast-growing startups
  • Experience recruiting in aerospace & defense or deep-tech hardware
  • Proven ability to recruit highly technical individual contributors
  • Strong sourcing and assessment skills for hands-on roles

  • Genuine passion for aerospace and aviation
  • Experience with propulsion, testing, or experimental engineering roles
