💼 About This Role

You'll provide group and individual counseling to substance abuse students in a residential therapeutic community setting, working with a caseload of up to 18 participants. You'll coordinate with clinical supervisors and on-site staff to ensure program progress and conduct case conferences. This role requires a high school diploma and three years of counseling experience with a criminal justice population in a substance use disorder program.

• Conduct individual, group, and large counseling sessions

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of full-time counseling with criminal justice population in SUD program
• Obtain AOD certification within 6 months of hire
