You'll build and own the operational foundation for Marketing Services at Moxie, scaling from ~700 to 1,000+ medspas. You'll lead six operational functions including Process & Automation, QA, and Technical Support. Your core impact is ensuring processes and automations absorb growth without linearly scaling the team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead six operational functions, setting roadmap and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows, including AI-powered QA for Meta ads, websites, and GHL automations.
  • Drive measurable quality improvement by auditing error rates and establishing baseline KPIs.
  • Stabilize and integrate the Front Desk Services team with roles, capacity models, and dashboards.
  • Design and execute the operational roadmap to scale to 1,000 providers without proportional headcount growth.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7โ€“10 years in marketing or revenue operations, with at least 4 years managing multi-functional teams.
  • Proven track record scaling services operations from a few hundred to 1,000+ customers without headcount growing in lockstep.
  • Hands-on fluency with ClickUp, HubSpot, Zapier/N8N, GoHighLevel.
  • Real experience building AI-assisted workflows, not just prompting, with automation and human oversight.
