๐ผ About This Role
You'll build and own the operational foundation for Marketing Services at Moxie, scaling from ~700 to 1,000+ medspas. You'll lead six operational functions including Process & Automation, QA, and Technical Support. Your core impact is ensuring processes and automations absorb growth without linearly scaling the team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead six operational functions, setting roadmap and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Build AI-assisted workflows, including AI-powered QA for Meta ads, websites, and GHL automations.
- Drive measurable quality improvement by auditing error rates and establishing baseline KPIs.
- Stabilize and integrate the Front Desk Services team with roles, capacity models, and dashboards.
- Design and execute the operational roadmap to scale to 1,000 providers without proportional headcount growth.
๐ Requirements
- 7โ10 years in marketing or revenue operations, with at least 4 years managing multi-functional teams.
- Proven track record scaling services operations from a few hundred to 1,000+ customers without headcount growing in lockstep.
- Hands-on fluency with ClickUp, HubSpot, Zapier/N8N, GoHighLevel.
- Real experience building AI-assisted workflows, not just prompting, with automation and human oversight.
