Description
You will provide high-touch customer support to brokers and policyholders via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring they receive timely assistance regarding insurance products, the online quoting platform, and cybersecurity tools. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements that enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer-facing support, service, operations, or customer success role
- Strong interest and ability to ramp quickly in insurance domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Resourceful with desire to operate in a start-up environment
Responsibilities
- Assist prospective and current customers via live chat, email, and phone
- Educate customers on Coalition's product, quoting platform, and cybersecurity platform
- Perform administrative insurance functions
- Work with teams to implement changes that mitigate customer pain points
