You'll lead strategic technology partnerships for Deel's all-in-one HR and payroll platform. Your work will drive partner integrations that enhance platform value for global teams. You'll bridge business needs and technical documentation to unlock ecosystem growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, negotiate, close, and manage strategic technology partnerships
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales on partner integrations
• Create partnership pitches, diagrams, and Figma mockups
• Serve as technical liaison between business and API/SDK documentation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in product partnerships or technical sales
• Technical literacy with API documentation and integration workflows
• Proven cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
• Spanish fluency preferred for LATAM partners

• Experience in HR tech, payroll, or fintech ecosystems
