🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements
- 2-4 years of customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Power Apps
- Familiarity with customer service platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce
