You'll partner with the Commercial Operations team to manage workflows and improve CRM hygiene at a high-growth SaaS company. Your work will directly influence how efficiently commercial teams run from lead to retention. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage lead assignment logic and workflows.
• Support teams with clean, organized CRM data.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations.
• Confidence with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Experience managing lead flows and improving pipeline visibility.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Advanced reporting and automation in HubSpot, Excel, Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with lead scoring models.
