Description

As an Account Executive at Presence, you will guide school districts from initial outreach to contract execution, selling teletherapy solutions for K-12 special education. You'll also manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and long-term partnerships while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years quota-carrying sales experience
  • 1+ year K-12 experience selling into school districts
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex buying cycles
  • Proactive pipeline building with strong outbound mindset
  • Full ownership of KPIs with structured territory planning

Responsibilities

  • Hit quota through new bookings, renewals, and expansion revenue across territory and portfolio
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution for school district accounts
  • Develop customized solutions addressing district special ed and mental health challenges
  • Monitor account health metrics including renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and pipeline
  • Travel 30-50% for onsite visits and conferences
