📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
• Strong understanding of frontend primitives: component architecture, state management, streaming UIs, and performance profiling
• Experience scaling applications and backend systems: relational databases, caching, background jobs, and auth
