Description

You will perform technical and mechanical functions related to the property's plant and equipment, ensuring energy efficiency and cost effectiveness. This role involves operating and maintaining all assigned buildings in the area, with a flexible shift including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Comply with EPA, OSHA ASHRAE rules and safety guidelines
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control, and BMS
• Conduct monthly maintenance inspections and site inspections of roof and mechanical rooms
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical systems
• Communicate with facility managers, tenants, vendors, and employees
