🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and sign exceptional talent in entertainment, streaming, and gaming.
• Act as trusted advisor to amplify talent visibility and personal brands.
• Lead negotiation and execution of sponsorships and brand partnerships.
• Develop tailored personal branding strategies across social media platforms.

📋 Requirements

• Around 3 years of B2B prospecting and sales experience in marketing, sponsorship, or event sales.
• Strong understanding of gaming and entertainment industries including esports and streaming.
• Experience negotiating and facilitating influencer marketing processes.
• Proficiency in red-lining contracts to protect talent interests.

✨ Nice to Have

• Business degree in Administration, Law, Communications, or Marketing.
• Established connections within PR, media, and influencer marketing sectors.
• Passion for the industry with ability to work flexible hours.
