You'll lead cyber resilience testing and offensive security programs at a challenger bank reshaping Canadian banking, working cross-functionally to prioritize and improve enterprise security controls.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute red team exercises and cyber threat simulations
• Provide input to enterprise cyber controls testing and roadmap prioritization
• Maintain standards, procedures, and guidelines for cyber resilience domains
• Develop measures to ensure monitoring control adequacy and compliance
• Provide technical guidance to the team and advisory to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years technical IT experience
• 3-5 years in offensive security roles
• Strong knowledge of cyber controls testing frameworks like MITRE
• Industry recognized certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GXPN, CEH, CISSP, or CISM
