You'll own the implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages for churned users, maintain the CRM marketing calendar and performance reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute retention campaigns. This role drives real impact on business performance through lifecycle marketing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years D2C email marketing experience
  • Experience building and deploying emails from scratch
  • Cross-functional experience with designers and copywriters
  • Experience operating a CRM platform (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal English skills

Responsibilities

  • Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications, and customer segments in Braze for churned users
  • Maintain CRM marketing calendar and roadmap
  • Support weekly performance reporting
  • Assist cross-functional communication with engineering, product, and data teams
  • Facilitate internal sign-off of communications from stakeholders
