Description
You'll own the implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages for churned users, maintain the CRM marketing calendar and performance reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute retention campaigns. This role drives real impact on business performance through lifecycle marketing.
Requirements
- 4+ years D2C email marketing experience
- Experience building and deploying emails from scratch
- Cross-functional experience with designers and copywriters
- Experience operating a CRM platform (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal English skills
Responsibilities
- Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications, and customer segments in Braze for churned users
- Maintain CRM marketing calendar and roadmap
- Support weekly performance reporting
- Assist cross-functional communication with engineering, product, and data teams
- Facilitate internal sign-off of communications from stakeholders
