Description

You will manage end-to-end logistics of IT hardware and equipment, ensuring timely and accurate material flow to support global infrastructure deployments across corporate offices, manufacturing, and test spaces.

Requirements

• 2+ years of logistics, warehouse, or IT asset management experience
• Proven inventory management and shipping/receiving skills
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience with inventory software (Netbox, Oomnitza, PackageX)

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and validate incoming IT hardware shipments
• Perform asset tagging and maintain inventory records in Netbox, Oomnitza, and ERP systems
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of IT gear to/from sites
• Manage RMA logistics, including packaging and tracking
• Collaborate on process improvements and report generation
