Description

You will serve as a critical leader and advisor, partnering with the CEO and COO on legal, regulatory, and risk matters. You'll oversee global legal functions, including commercial contracts, compliance, privacy, data governance, and legal operations, to enable client and product-led growth while protecting the company and its clients' data.

• Proven experience as a senior legal leader in a high-growth global organization
• Expertise in commercial contracts, compliance, privacy, and data governance
• Strong understanding of AI-native product legal issues
• Experience building and leading a high-performing legal team
• Ability to manage complex decision-making and risk assessment

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to CEO/COO on legal, regulatory, and risk matters
• Support Board governance and strategic initiatives
• Evolve global commercial contracting strategy to scale enterprise sales
• Lead global privacy and data governance programs
• Oversee compliance with global data protection regulations
