💼 About This Role

You'll lead EarnIn's Financial Planning & Analysis function, partnering with the CFO and executive team to drive strategy and optimize performance. Your core impact will be building scalable FP&A processes and leading the AI transformation of the function, supporting a high-growth fintech pioneer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership to define financial and KPI goals.
• Lead annual financial planning and multi-year strategic planning.
• Lead monthly forecast and variance process with operational reviews.
• Design and automate FP&A processes and systems.
• Lead, scale, and develop a team of finance professionals.

📋 Requirements

• FP&A leadership experience at a high growth tech company.
• Track record of building and developing high performing teams.
• Experience supporting business expansion and M&A.
• Experience building and optimizing FP&A processes and implementing financial planning systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Consumer internet experience preferred.
• FinTech experience a plus.
• Public company experience, including SEC reporting.
