💼 About This Role

You'll study and test roaming client software for macOS and Windows endpoints, ensuring robust network security. You'll identify product risks and experiment to validate assumptions in a fast-paced SaaS startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Study product and integration points to identify holistic risks
• Design experiments and test new features from early code to E2E
• Triage, troubleshoot, and debug endpoint issues
• Write concise, actionable bug reports and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Testing on customer endpoints (macOS, Windows, mobile)
• Experience with manual E2E testing of network-based apps (VPNs, DNS)
• Strong knowledge of L3 to L7 networking (IP, TCP, UDP, DNS, proxying, routing)
• Proficiency with traffic captures (Wireshark) and log gathering

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Mobile Device Management Platforms (MDMs) like InTune or Jamf
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Shell)
• Experience testing on-prem/hybrid cloud infrastructure (AD DS, LDAP, Azure, Entra)
