You'll lead a team of installation technicians deploying Drone as a First Responder (DFR) programs at customer sites nationwide. You'll own the full operational lifecycle of multi-site installations, driving execution in mission-critical environments. This role combines technical depth in drone systems with operational savvy to keep complex deployments on track.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of installers and schedule resources for projects
• Set performance standards and conduct reviews
• Build relationships with public safety customers
• Collaborate with engineering to improve installation procedures

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in project or operations management
• 4+ years managing people in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of electronics and hardware assembly
• FAA 107 sUAS Certification

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 5+ years in aerospace or robotics manufacturing
• Experience with DFR or public safety drone programs
