🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and originate high-quality opportunities nationwide.
• Lead the full deal lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
• Refine investment strategies and deliver market insights.
• Prepare and present investment memos to leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of acquisitions experience in multifamily, distressed, or land assets.
• Proven success in sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing complex transactions.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise (IRR, equity multiple, etc.).
• Deep capital markets knowledge and experience with debt financing.
