Description

You will operate heavy equipment like dump trucks to support field operations, including hauling materials, assisting with water and wastewater system repairs, and performing manual labor. Your work helps maintain essential infrastructure and respond to emergencies in a growing city.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Texas Class A CDL with acceptable driving record
• 1 year professional experience operating motorized equipment including dump trucks with trailers
• Ability to pass heavy equipment test-out assessment during interview
• Obtain TCEQ Water Distribution Class D or Wastewater Collection I license within 12 months

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and unload heavy equipment and materials using dump trucks
• Assist with construction, repair, maintenance, and inspection of water and wastewater piping systems
• Perform manual labor including digging trenches, laying pipe, and handling materials
• Adhere to safety regulations and perform field support tasks such as traffic control
• Use hand tools and motorized equipment for construction and maintenance tasks
