You will build global strategies to uplevel interviewer capability and drive hiring excellence, design career frameworks for critical roles, and lead AI-driven organizational design initiatives. This role tackles complex, company-wide challenges that directly impact growth and team performance at a fast-scaling data and AI company.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in management consulting or hyper-growth tech
• Consultative mindset with business-first approach
• Complex problem-solving ability with first principles thinking
• Strategic influencing skills for VPs and SVPs
• AI-builder mindset with curiosity about AI's impact on organizations
• Programmatic execution approach for driving adoption at scale
• Broad HR domain expertise in Org Development, Talent Management, or Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Build global strategy and solutions for upleveling interviewer capability
• Design certification approach and enablement assets for interviewers
• Create tracking and feedback loops for hiring processes
• Act as consultative architect for senior leaders and People Partners
• Design success profiles and career ladders for critical roles
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to embed success profiles into hiring workflows
• Lead AI-driven organizational design and Future of Work initiatives
