You'll join the Market Operations team at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer. You'll ensure vehicles are clean and inspection-ready for timely deliveries. This entry-level role offers performance-based merit increases every 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory
• Coordinate with coworkers for timely deliveries

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable
• 18 years of age and a valid driver's license
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Lift up to 60 pounds independently and stand for extended periods

• Previous lot attendant or detailing experience
• Familiarity with vehicle inspection processes
