You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into effective system configurations. This fully remote role combines technical understanding with relationship-building.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration
• Manage customer data migration ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Log customer needs and feedback using internal CRM systems

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple customers
• Strong communication with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical/SaaS products
