Description

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes in Tucson. You will perform assessments, monitor conditions, document care, and follow doctors' orders, making a meaningful impact while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing in Arizona
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• One year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Trach care experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client's home on a schedule you choose
• Execute and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Provide hands-on care with autonomy in the home
