💼 About This Role

You'll manage fund accounting and analysis for SEC-registered retail investor funds. You'll ensure accurate daily NAV calculations and support quarterly reporting. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and complex infrastructure investments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily valuation process coordinating with valuation and accounting teams.
• Reconcile and record investment and investor activity.
• Prepare daily NAV calculations and quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Manage fund cash balances, investment activity, and liquidity.
• Oversee outsourced accounting providers and assist with audits.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance with outstanding academic credentials.
• 8+ years of experience in financial services or top-tier accounting firm.
• CPA preferred.
• Accounting experience managing mutual funds, private equity, or hedge funds.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SEC regulations and Investment Company Act of 1940.
• Internal control compliance (SOX 404) experience.
• Familiarity with alternative investment products.
