You'll lead Starbucks licensed store operations within Gopuff, overseeing a team of baristas to drive KPIs like production time and order defect rate. You'll ensure financial success by meeting budget targets while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

• Lead all Starbucks operations, including deliveries and inventory management.
• Train and coach baristas on safety, standard procedures, and productivity.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of manager/supervisor experience.
• 1 year in QSR and/or cafe setting preferred.
• Proficiency in computer usage and Google Suite.
• Proven track record of improving processes and efficiencies.
