You'll serve as the primary point of contact for guests and residents at a hospitality-focused property, handling guest check-ins, maintenance issues, and housekeeping support. You'll ensure seamless operations and contribute to a one-of-a-kind guest experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional on-site service to guests and residents
• Handle check-ins, collect payments, and ensure smooth arrivals
• Respond to guest requests including repairs and supplies
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain shared spaces

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to communicate clearly in person and in writing
• Must be adaptable and handle competing priorities
