🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full cycle recruiting for sales candidates
• Source and engage top sales candidates creatively
• Partner with executives on hiring strategies
• Create exceptional candidate interview process

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales recruiting in high-growth environment
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior business leaders
• Strong sourcing skills with various tools

• Experience in expense sales teams
• Familiarity with Challenger or Sandler methodology
