You'll partner with hiring leaders and the CRO to scale our expense sales teams across the US. Recruiting is our top priority, and you'll set high standards with a focus on candidate experience. You'll be a thought partner to executives, driving creative approaches to hire top talent.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage full cycle recruiting for sales candidates
- Source and engage top sales candidates creatively
- Partner with executives on hiring strategies
- Create exceptional candidate interview process
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of sales recruiting in high-growth environment
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior business leaders
- Strong sourcing skills with various tools

- Experience in expense sales teams
- Familiarity with Challenger or Sandler methodology
