You'll prospect and qualify leads for Typescouts, connecting North American companies with LATAM talent. You'll book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to leadership. This role is 100% remote with flexible EST hours.

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Clearly articulate value proposition to U.S. and Canadian companies
• Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to leadership
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or lead generation
• Familiarity with recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services
• Experience selling to North American markets
• Excellent written and spoken English

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience working remotely or with international teams
• Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive
