π― What You'll Do
- Coach and manage a 5-person hospital sales team.
- Analyze sales KPIs and drive performance improvements.
- Optimize sales processes and forecasting.
π Requirements
- Proven sales experience with focus on cold calling and new client acquisition.
- Leadership experience of at least 1-2 years in sales.
- Fluency in German (native or business fluent).
- Structured and independent working style.
