💼 About This Role

You'll join Azul's APAC sales team to sell enterprise software (Platform Core and Prime) to clients in Japan. You'll build relationships, manage a pipeline of 3x quota, and close deals monthly. This role offers uncapped commission potential.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to sell Enterprise Products
  • Prospect and work with Lead Development Reps to foster opportunities
  • Build a 3x quota pipeline and consistently close business monthly/quarterly

📋 Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of proven experience selling Enterprise Applications or DevOps in Japan
  • Experience selling both entry-level ($50K) and 7-figure deals

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Opensource and the Java community
  • Experience with middleware, big data (Cassandra, Hadoop), and search (SOLR, Elastic)
