Description

You will act as the primary finance partner to senior Business Development and Marketing leaders, providing strategic guidance on investment decisions, capacity planning, and growth prioritization. You'll lead financial planning processes, evaluate go-to-market investments, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations to support sustainable revenue growth across institutional crypto products.

Requirements

• BA in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
• 8+ years progressive experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking, or analytical role, including 3+ years supporting Business Development, Commercial, Sales, or Marketing leaders
• Excellent analytical financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Ability to influence decisions through effective communication and logical reasoning
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Act as primary finance partner to senior Business Development and Marketing leaders
• Lead strategic and financial planning processes including monthly reviews, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans
• Own commissions forecasting and accruals, ensuring accurate modeling of variable compensation expense
• Prepare and update revenue and expense forecasts, communicating performance vs. budget to stakeholders
• Evaluate go-to-market investments, marketing spend efficiency, partnership opportunities, and pricing strategies through financial modeling and scenario analysis
