Description

You'll support the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP ecosystem, **troubleshooting complex technical issues** and ensuring system reliability. You'll design, develop, and deploy solutions to meet business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to work on **end-to-end ERP implementations** in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• **5+ years** of hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)
• **CSI Mongoose** development and integration/API/ION experience
• Strong knowledge of **SQL Server** and **.NET** technologies
• Experience with **Agile/Scrum** delivery methodologies

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ERP system solutions to meet business requirements
• Provide Tier 3 support and resolve complex technical issues
• Develop deployment packages and manage system monitoring/alerting
• Create and maintain system documentation and deliver training
