💼 About This Role

You'll manage support and launch of VIP initiatives, working with Engineering, Customer Operations, and other teams. Your core impact will be optimizing project resources and ensuring timely delivery of key projects. This role offers exposure to FanDuel's business and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage and assist Tech Tool leadership with various projects and daily task management.
• Monitor and resolve issues in key Tech Tools Slack channels.
• Participate in and track metrics in tech tool testing (pre-launch, POC concepts, etc).
• Assist with creating reporting to track releases and facilitate cross-team interactions.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in technology and operations improvement projects.
• Skilled in creating detailed project plans with dependencies and timelines.
• Proven ability to influence peers and managers and build consensus.
• Demonstrable delivery experience in tech, CRMs, ecommerce, or similar environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence).
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
