Description

You will drive strategic supplier development and cost management for Anduril's supply chain. You'll collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to optimize sourcing, reduce costs, and ensure supplier performance to accelerate product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain
• 6-10 years strategic sourcing in defense manufacturing
• Advanced sourcing of electrical, composites, metallic components
• Supplier development and early supplier engagement experience
• Eligible for US Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier selection using approved supplier list
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development
• Drive development and consolidation of manufacturing BOM
• Lead cost engineering to converge bottom-up cost curve to product cost
• Manage CAPEX throughout NPI and conduct value-stream mapping
