- Own end-to-end customer experience from onboarding to growth

- Proactively manage relationships across departments

📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years in analytical customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with digital marketing and performance measurement
- Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot

- Proficiency in advanced PowerPoint and intermediate Excel
