You'll manage a book of business from onboarding to expansion, ensuring customers maximize value. You'll also develop scalable processes to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Own end-to-end customer experience from onboarding to growth
  • Identify upsell opportunities within customer base
  • Proactively manage relationships across departments
  • Track and promote best practices for platform usage

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years in analytical customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and performance measurement
  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot

  • Prior startup experience in B2B SaaS or data companies
  • Proficiency in advanced PowerPoint and intermediate Excel
