You'll architect and deploy AI Agents to automate complex accounting processes for enterprise customers. You'll lead transformation engagements with CFOs and Controllers to accelerate financial close cycles and achieve measurable ROI through automation. This role is part of a founding cohort shaping how FloQast scales AI adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and deploy AI Agents for accounting automation
• Lead workflow redesign and change management engagements
• Troubleshoot integrations using SQL and Python
• Design customer recovery plans and adoption programs

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in accounting, auditing, or controllership
• Background in accounting or finance (CPA preferred)
• Proven experience deploying workflow automation in accounting
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data flow concepts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Intacct, Dynamics)
• Familiarity with AI platforms (LLM agents, RPA tools)
• Hands-on scripting skills (Python, JavaScript)
