💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the regional legal lead for Brooks' EMEA operations, providing counsel on commercial contracts, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Your work will directly shape the company's strategic expansion in a key region while protecting business interests.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and implement legal processes and policies for the EMEA region.
• Advise HR on employment matters including terminations and workplace investigations.
• Provide practical privacy advice and own legal operations for data subject requests.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts such as MSAs, DPAs, and distribution agreements.

📋 Requirements

• European law degree (LLB/LLM) qualified in EU or UK jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of experience as a practicing business attorney.
• Detailed and practical knowledge of GDPR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
