📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design, with 2+ years leading teams
• Experience building or evolving a design function in a product-led company
• Experience working on complex B2B SaaS products
• Expert in modern design tools like Figma and AI tooling

• Experience with AI-driven products or designing AI-assisted workflows
• Experience working in international, distributed teams
• Exposure to analytics, experimentation, or user research practices
