Description

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at One Medical, you will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or via telehealth, and collaborate with a dedicated team to transform primary care. You'll have opportunities for continuous learning and performing in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• 2 years outpatient primary care experience within last 5 years (or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care)
• State licensed in California by start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Ability to communicate with diverse populations and use technology effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or via telehealth
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams via daily huddles
• Perform in-office procedures as trained
