You'll join a PT-led outpatient practice providing 1:1 patient care with lower-than-average caseloads. You'll practice with clinical autonomy and built-in mentorship to grow confidently without burnout.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 patient care in outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using AI-supported EMR
• Collaborate with exercise specialists to optimize treatment flow

📋 Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from accredited program
• Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a team
