You will provide advanced, hands-on care to infants, children, and adults in their homes, working as part of a dedicated STAT team in Mercer County, NJ. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and want to make a direct impact on patients' lives through complex clinical interventions and mentoring.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Trach/vent experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to travel throughout Mercer County

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing and personal care for clients with medically complex needs
• Support clients with ongoing home care needs throughout Mercer County
• Deliver expert clinical interventions and ensure continuity of care
• Train and mentor care team members to maintain high quality standards
• Commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule
