Description

You will lead project management for a large healthcare facility, collaborating with a team of Project Managers. You'll develop client relationships, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and mentor team members while ensuring quality and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field
• Minimum 10 years project management experience
• 5 years experience working on healthcare projects
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry processes and terms
• LEED accreditation preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture client relationships to secure future opportunities
• Develop project goals, work plans, budget, and schedule using MS Project and Deltek
• Manage design and documentation process and implementation during construction
• Oversee risk mitigation, compliance, and QA/QC processes
• Mentor team members and coordinate workload
