Your work will directly optimize resource allocation and improve financial discipline across the organization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Be the primary Finance business partner to several senior leaders
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ad hoc analysis
• Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation and operating efficiency
• Help operate the business at scale through better tooling and automation

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of top tier professional experience in Strategic Finance, Business Operations, or FP&A
• High analytical horsepower with strong modeling and data skills
• Meticulous attention to detail paired with strategic instincts
• Excellent communication and partnership skills to engage diverse stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SQL or database concepts
• Experience with modern BI tools like Looker or Pigment
