๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and support Account Executives to exceed quotas
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new AEs
- Own weekly forecasting and maintain pipeline accuracy
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
- 2+ years managing a high-performing sales team
- Consistent track record of achieving quota
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
