  • Lead, coach, and support Account Executives to exceed quotas
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new AEs
  • Own weekly forecasting and maintain pipeline accuracy
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 2+ years managing a high-performing sales team
  • Consistent track record of achieving quota
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
